Shipping Process
- Orders typically require 2-5 business days for processing before being shipped.
- During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 10 days due to high demand.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information.
- We only ship on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately due to different manufacturing locations.
Tracking
- All orders include tracking numbers. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Some carriers may take a few days to update tracking information. If there are no updates after 5 business days, please contact us.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase price.
- If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid customs fees, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
- If your tracking states that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- For damaged items, contact us immediately with photos of the package and item for assistance.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Orders are processed quickly, and we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
